About us
|
 We are small Spanish family run restaurant located in the heart of the Southampton water front, less than a 5 minute walk from some of Southamptons top hotels, docks and main shopping centre. If you fancy trying lots different flavours, La Regata's traditional tapas selection is extensive, authentic and home made. From tortilla to octopus you are bound to find something you love. La Regata also has a comprehensive a la carte menu which offers a wide variety of meat, poultry and fresh fish dishes and of course the traditional Spanish Paella. We also have an impressive and extensive wine list with many of your Spanish favourites combined with different wines from around the world.
